condat is 725m high in the middle of the parc des volcans d'auvergne. you can easyly reach all high sites, even for skiing during winter (for we have also appartements).
the nature is here preserved and you can have many good sights with lakes, fields, forests and rivers.

riders, motoriders, cycleriders, walkers, each one find anythning to do here. we have also 2 tennis areas, 1 mini-golf, volley-ball, badminton, you can play boules, even for meetings.

we have many fests and you can meet friendly people on the "land market" each week.
the village has many shops and restaurants, a swimming-pool with hot water.

if you like nature and to be quiet, you will be here very well. the land is known for meat and cheese but also to be good for breath and health. your staying here will be not too expansive.
